More than 60,000 sandwiches are made in our Federally Inspected, HACCP certified plant each day. All of our products are then packaged in our trademarked Co₂ntrolled Atmosphere Package™. In 1980, QFF in conjunction with the Alberta Department of Agriculture, pioneered Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) technology in sandwich manufacturing to minimize occurrences of spoiled food while maximizing the quality of the sandwich. With this technology, our products have an extensive refrigerated shelf life up to 45 days without the use of any additives or preservatives.
